How to redact a screenshot on a phone

Edit a screenshot directly in your mobile browser.

1. Choose the screenshot

Open the tool and tap Choose screenshot. Select a PNG, JPG, or WebP from your device. Clipboard paste support varies, so the file picker is always available.

2. Draw and adjust

Drag with one finger inside the image to draw a cover. Tap an existing cover to select it. Use the Left, Top, Width, and Height fields for precise adjustments. Scroll using the area outside the screenshot.

3. Review and save

Tap Review & download, inspect the flattened preview, and tap Download PNG. Some mobile browsers open a preview or a share sheet; save the edited PNG before closing the tab.
